From time to time the CMS Outlook plugin crashes meaning it can not be used. Re-activating the plugin again is easy just follow this guide.
Please note this guide is for Office 2010, if you have either an earlier or later version of Office you may not be able to follow these steps exactly!
- Open Outlook
- Press "File" located at the top left hand side of the screen
- Click on "Options"
- Click "Add-Ins" located two above the bottom of the left hand bar
- At the bottom there is a drop down box called "Manage", select the option "Disabled Items" and press the "Go" button.
- On the "Disabled Items" window click the Addin called CMS outlook and then press the enable button.
- Restart Outlook for the effects to take place.
If the CMS plugin is still disabled then contact IT Helpdesk as we might have to reinstall it.
